brewing and aging

Although the characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc are clearly distinguishable, they are rarely revealed. After careful selection, the grapes are soaked in the skin for 3-4 hours, and then aged in small French oak barrels for 11 months, and the bottle is aged for 6 months.

Color: Golden

Fragrance: This is not a variety of major tropical fruit aroma styles, but a mature, fuller style with restrained but complex aromatic characteristics. There are aromas of currants, apricots and white peaches, as well as some smoky, delicate mineral aromas, the aroma of sage, green grass and elderflower flowers.

Taste: The wine is full, the texture is firm and oily, and the Sauvignon Blanc is grown in a mild climate, which can bring the fruity aroma of the very full Sauvignon Blanc in the cold and cool production area, with the smell of rosemary, excellent balance and aromatic durability. The aftertaste is complex and long.
