brewing and aging:

Picked from Rebra in the village-level special garden of Fiona in the BRDA region, hand-picked, granule selection, after 2-4 hours of dipping in the skin, it was matured in Burgundy oak barrels in France for 11 months, and then aged for 18 months in the bottle.

The annual output is nearly 1,150 bottles, and the aging potential is 20 years.

Color: The body is golden yellow and bright in color

Fragrance: The aroma is elegant and delicate, with the breath of wet stones, white flowers, and lemons, as well as nuts, butter and looming new oak traces. After waking up, the subtle layers of fruit fragrance and herbs are gradually displayed.

Taste: The entrance is dry, delicate and elegant. The body is high in acidity, mature and full, balanced and oily, full of tension. The aftertaste is long and varied, with a hint of salty freshness and a solid skeleton, and a very concentrated degree.

Meal advice: Lighter fish and appetizers
