Among the selected grapes with high maturity, the fresh fruit and variety characteristics are preserved to the greatest extent. The short-term impregnation perfectly presents the variety characteristics of yellow musk, and the aroma is better preserved by anaerobic reduction fermentation. During the fermentation process, when the alcohol content is about 9.5%, the fermentation is stopped by low temperature control, and the unconverted natural sugar is retained.
Color: The liquor is a soft straw yellow;
Fragrance: The aroma is rich and intoxicating, interweaving elderflower, lime, ripe peach, lemongrass and acacia flowers, accompanied by the delicate and spicy cinnamon and nutmeg;
Taste:The taste is soft and rich in layers, like chewing fresh yellow muscad grapes. Sugar and acid balance, the aftertaste is sweet but not greasy, and the freshness is throughout.
