brewing and aging
Picked from old vine grapes at an altitude of 150-250 meters and 45 years at an altitude, and then soaked and fermented in a 5000-liter stainless steel barrel for 14 days. 29 months of ripening into 225 liters of oak barrels, 30% of which use new oak barrels, and then at least 2 months of aging in the bottle.
Color: Transparent gem red color
Fragrance: Cherry’s pleasant fruity aroma, high-quality oak barrels and orange peel aromas
Taste: The body has a very ripe fruit flavor, especially the cherry flavor. The fresh and lovely acidity and the smell of the oak barrel complement each other. After a while, there is a slight mint flavor, and you can feel the long-lasting aftertaste of the cherry in the aftertaste.
Have more than 10 years of aging potential.
Meal advice
