brewing and aging

Hand picked from old vine grapes for about 35 years, soaked with skin for 24 hours, natural yeast fermentation, in stainless steel barrels with tarsal mud aging for 6 months, and aging for at least 1 month after bottling.

Color: The liquor presents a light golden straw color with a green luster.

Fragrance: The aroma is charming, exuding the breath of cucumbers and fresh apples, a hint of grass and herbs, and even a touch of mint fragrance.

Taste: The taste is fresh and the acidity is lively jumping. Good fruity concentration, reminiscent of green apples and melons, with a subtle grapefruit and lemon zest, with a smooth texture. The aftertaste is rich and long.

Meal advice

This wine itself is the perfect individual aperitif. It can usually be paired with a variety of appetizers, especially with salad, sushi, charcoal-grilled Mediterranean vegetables and smoked salmon pasta.
