Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Purely hand-picked, selected grapes from sloping vineyards are used for 10 days at a constant temperature of 28 °C for 10 days, and then at a constant temperature of 12 °C for 12 months in the French and American barrels.

Tushang Cabernet Sauvignon presents a medium ruby color and adobe color, and the fruit is rich in aroma. The first thing to feel is the aroma of small berry, followed by the aroma of ripe blueberry and black berries. The hierarchy of the wine body is well-defined, and the tannins and acidity are excellently integrated, indicating that this is an extremely harmonious wine!
