brewing and aging

The grapes are hand-picked from the vineyards affected by the Alpine Frontier and the Inland Climate of the Pannoni Plains, and the high-quality soil together gives the grapes the high-quality ripening conditions. Select the best first grape juice in the wine of Shadonni as the base wine. Primary fermentation is carried out in low temperature controlled conditions, brewed by classical traditional methods, secondary fermentation in the bottle, and then continued to mature on yeast for 4-5 years.

Tasting Notes

Colour:The body is pale yellow

Aroma: Typical scent of yeast and crust;

Taste:The wine is rich and delicate, medium-strength, slightly yeast and spicy. After a calm start, the aromatic bombs are immediately emitted: toast crust, cedar, papaya, jam. The taste is obviously dry and mature, and the acidity is dominant, giving people a lively and slender impression. Rich cream texture is synonymous with high quality.

Meal advice: Lobster, shrimp, shell, sour cream noodles, wonton, risotto, roast mutton or goat…
