Ferdinand Winery is located in Slovenia’s most well-known Balda region, which has always had a deep relationship with the adjacent Italian Collio region. The hand-picked Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are soaked in stainless steel barrels for 8 days, and the first 2 days are at 10°C. It is fermented and matured for 8 months in the stainless steel tank, and the biodehumidification is given to the soft taste of the wine.
