Picking began in early October, and it was organically grown from grape planting to brewing. After 21 days of dipping, it was pressed, and then 50% were put into a large oak barrel and 50% were aged in a small oak barrel for 12 months, and then bottled after filtration.

Taste:The wine is ripe, young and energetic, fruity, with a little spicy taste, and the tannins are unique and soft. The aftertaste is long, the mineral sense is rich, the tannins are pleasant, and there is a moderate spicy taste.
