brewing and aging
This is a top-quality Sauvignon Blanc Sauvignon Dry White Wine, a selection of old vine grapes of about 51 years in the best Opoka soil organic vineyard at 200-250 meters above sea level. First, the skin is soaked and fermented in the 4000-liter egg-type fermentation bucket for 4 days, the natural yeast is fermented, and then it is aged in a 3500 liter oak barrel for 15 months, and then aged in a bottle for more than 4 months.
Color: dark golden yellow
Fragrance: Delicate wines are reminiscent of peaches, ripe pears and grapefruits, accompanied by floral aromas, the breath of peppers, tomato leaves, basil, Mediterranean herbs and leather, as well as a unique mineral feel
Taste: The wine is elegant and has a lasting and strong aftertaste, which is pleasing.
Have more than 12 years of aging potential.
