Ferdinand Winery is located in Slovenia’s most well-known Balda region, which has always had a deep relationship with the adjacent Italian Collio region. Brewing and ChenWine
Brutu is a high-quality wine that the owner is proud of. It is made of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and only uses the grapes of the best year. It is a rustic pure natural wine without adding yeast, which is not filtered or refined before bottling. Select old vine grapes, soak them for 3-4 weeks, and pour them into 225 liters of oak barrels after fermentation for biodehumidification, making the wine softer and more elegant, obtaining richer tannins and flavors, and then ripening in French oaks for at least 24 months.
Color: Deep jewel red color
Fragrance: It has a strong plum jam, tobacco, graphite and earthy breath.
Taste: The wine is thick, the structure is strong, and the fruit flavor is strong. The balanced and solid tannins make the wine body more aging potential, and the aftertaste is long.
