Ferdinand Winery is located in Slovenia’s most well-known Balda region, which has always had a deep relationship with the adjacent Italian Collio region. This sparkling wine with a light yellow body and a fragrant smell is hand-picked at the most suitable time to better maintain the freshness of the grapes and the appropriate sugar content. After at least 24 months of fermentation in the wine barrel, it is bottled again, and then the second fermentation is passed in the bottle.
