brewing and aging

Ribla is one of the oldest native varieties in the Balda region, and this white wine is selected from the old orchard grapes of the age of 39 years. After hand-picking, it is soaked with a skin for 2-4 hours, and then it is aged in a small French oak barrel after 11 months of maturation, and aged in a 6-month bottle.

Color: Golden

Fragrance: Combining freshness and ripeness, it is reminiscent of white bouquets, ripe dried apples, lemons and limes, and the barbecue flavor is closely integrated with the aroma of yellow fruit.

Taste: Medium wine body, fruity aroma, firm and oily texture, slightly salty mineral feeling, full and firm taste makes people memorable for a long time. Ribra conquered us with its unique minerality flavor.

Meal advice: Lighter fish and appetizers
