This is a top garage wine, which is hailed as one of the best dry reds in Slovenia by the famous wine critic and wine guru Jancis Robinson. The grapes all come from the Kozana Single Garden, which provides the perfect growth conditions for Merlot – the hillside where the vineyard is located ensures abundant sunlight and cool air, and the lower soil and limestone mountains provide rich minerals and nutrients for grapes. The best year is selected, and it has been matured for up to 4 years in the new French oak barrels, and then bottled and aged for at least 12 months.

Color: Deep ruby color.

Fragrance: The aroma is rich and energetic, showing a full-fledged sense of plumpness, without the traces of over-mature. Ripe black cherry, dried prunes, licorice, coffee, smoke, tobacco, chocolate and delicate oak flavors are intertwined with full layers, and the floral fragrance of violet and cyclamen adds delicate and complexity. After standing for 15 minutes, the aroma gradually evolved into elegant beauty.

Taste: The taste is dry, but the alcohol content brings a touch of sweetness. The body is full and the acidity is high, which stimulates the secretion of saliva and demonstrates the origin of its mild climate. The tannins are mature, soft and abundant, forming a solid structure, indicating long-term aging potential. It is recommended to drink after a few years. The taste is full of strong flavor strength and vitality, showing this Merlot’s youthful characteristics, firmness and huge potential. The aftertaste is extremely long, and you need to sober up to fully release the aroma.

Meal advice:It can be paired with all Chinese and Western meat dishes with strong taste
