brewing and aging
It is hand-picked from the old rattan vineyard for more than 35 years. After 24 hours of soaking, the natural yeast is fermented. The stainless steel barrel is aged for 6 months, and the bottle is aged for at least 1 month after bottling.
Color: Light pink with a hint of salmon powder luster
Fragrance: Delicate aroma, with the fragrance of boiled pears and the breath of a wild raspberry
Taste: The fruity flavor is well concentrated, revealing the hint of red apples and boiled strawberries. At the same time, the mellow texture is supported by smooth and soft acidity, accompanied by a long mineral finish.
Meal advice
Thanks to its elegant and complex structure, we recommend pairing it with a variety of dishes – from cold fish appetizers to spring and summer pasta. It is perfectly paired with seafood dishes, and is also suitable for Asian, Thai and modern Japanese dishes that are not too spicy.
