Carefully select healthy and ripe grapes in specific vineyards, and soak them with low temperature fermentation and up to 10 hours. In the initial stage of wine fermentation, the significant process of converting sugar into alcohol is terminated with extremely low temperature control, thereby ensuring that the desired sugar level can be achieved. The wine was aged in Slavonia oak barrels.
