This is the first dark sparkling wine with a pioneering and representative winery. The grapes are harvested on a moonless night, brewed by the traditional brewing method, matured in a 168-year-old mountain wine cellar, placed in a black glass bottle, and sealed with black foil. The whole process from picking to bottling uses night vision goggles, completely free of light contact. Only 2000 per year.
Tasting Notes
Colour: The wine is classic golden color;
Aroma: Fresh fruity and citrus flavors with green tea and mint aromas;
Taste: The body is generous and powerful, and the salty, fresh and mineral feel is extremely strong. Delicate bubbles give the wine a creamy aroma. A good balance between softness and freshness.
Meal advice
Aperitif, dried sausage, homemade sausage, cheese salad with meat.
